3. It is possible the parcel may not be delivered in case of non-availability of person to receive parcel at the address provided or force majeure clause.

4. Return of parcel due to non-availability of person to receive will entail double shipment cost.

We will mail you the details of Couriered Parcel for tracking the parcel to your designated Email within 24 hours of shipment of parcel. In case not received, please check your spam folder or contact us for further information. Please note, Tracking may not appear online for up to 24 hours in some cases due to package not scanned by Courier Company.
